Hey all

New to the forum and fishing in general. I picked up this boat and trailer up for $800 It is a 2002 Princecraft resorter with a Northtrail Trailer. The boat and trailer are in pretty good shape but i would like to make it more user friendly. I have a lot of plans but we will see what happens.

I am looking to make it a better fishing/ Duck Hunting boat that i can take camping with the family and still use as a day boat.

Here is what i am starting with

Well as any parent knows finding time with two young kids is not easy. With that being said all i have managed to get done is to drill out the rivets from the factory seats and removing the mouse nests and what was left of the styrofoam.

What i was not expecting is that there was 10" of white foam and then under that is a few more inches of expanded foam.

I am thinking of putting my livewell in the middle bench but am not sure it is big enough. Any thoughts?
