1974 9.9 Evinrude with steering and throttle controls

for $350? Does that seem like a pretty good deal to anyone else?
What about that vs. a late 90's 9.9 Merc for $400?
What would you choose?

The merc is much newer and the hp is rated at the prop. Thats what I would go with.
