1985 Slyvan 22 offshore

Hello All !
I have a 1985 Sylvan 22' offshore . It is much like a Starcraft Islander . It is an aluminum riveted hull .
The tow ring in the bow looks slightly suspect. It is very oxidized (aluminum). I am looking into replacing with a slightly bigger one . The strap hook and safety chain are pretty hard to get into the one I have now .
Any thoughts , insight , and advice will be appreciated.

I use a site called "Tiny pic". It takes a few moments to fiqure out but after that I can grab and post a pic in a few seconds. I'll time it now....

2 minutes and 27 seconds. My login expired so I had to enter it. Next I found a pict on my phone I thought you might like besides another doggy pic. Resized it for website and copied the link. Pre loaded photos and not logging in is less than a minute I'm sure. Hang on Ill time it. Yes I'm bored...
