I originally posted this under "Motors" section; as I thought that would be the issue, but the motor is in great shape.

I am wondering how much of an undertaking it would be to re-deck front and then floor as they have zero carpet on them now. Also, back deck is covered with metal and would need to be replaced as well. Thanks for any advice.

Redecking and carpeting are really pretty easy. The carpet can be a daunting task IF you try to get in a hurry. Take your time, clean everything extra good, and order about twice as much carpet as you think you need. The last Tracker I recarpeted took about 4 solid days and a couple of afternoons.
