1995 suzuki dt25 was over heating. Water was sporadic coming out when I first started it up but then quit. Water pump in good shape but found that there was a couple of pieces of gasket material stuck in the input of the water pump. With the bottom off the leg off I can not blow from the bottom pickup tube with either a hose or a compressor to the pee hole. Tried with thermostat out as well with same results. Any hints?

Also looking for two manuals for this motor. An operators and a service. Prefer a downloadable one. Thank you in advance.

Water not coming out the hole now? Don't run it, and replace the impeller.

Impeller is in great shape. Housing is in great shape. When I look at the parts drawings the cooling water tube has some sharp bends in it right before it goes into the power head. I tried blowing through the open thermostat housing with compressed air and it will come out of the pee hole but not out the bottom tube with the leg off. Is there any way to clear this tube without taking the power head off?

ended up taking power head off. Found a few more impeller chunks. Seems to be good now. Does not seem to go past 1/3 throttle but that is a different problem that I am working on.
