Mine is also outside all the time.  I have it under a boat cover that is pulled tight so rain runs off.  Three years and running and so far, knock on wood, no problems with the floors.  Few things last forever and I accept the floor will have to be changed at some point.  I have several years before that happens.BTW, just my opinion, but I think the vinyl floor cover will also add a pretty substantial layer of protection, especially if wrapped around the edges of your ply flooring.</blockquote>
