Hey guys, been awhile since I've been on here. You might remember I built the 24' pontoon and a 18' mod v, Now I'm on another project. I have a few connections in the pontoon world and I had a guy looking for a big tritoon chassis for me. I bought this boat in Elkhart Indiana at the southbay manufacture. Its a 2014 southbay 925tt entertainer hull, it has the trifecta package and that means it has a full center tube 52gallon fuel tank built in the center tube and a ski well in there also. It has a max HP rating of 300hp so naturally it's getting powered with a 300, its getting a mercury verado 300pro, it will also have vessel view installed instead of analog gauges.. I've had this project about a year and just haven't been able so do anything to it until now, here's some pics.

Here it is in Indiana after we loded it on the new trailer

You might of noticed that I removed the carpet and the vinyl teak that was on the stern. IMO carpet belongs in a home not on a boat so I removed it, the teak was ok but it had a bunch of holes and such from the previous furniture that was installed. I found a killer deal on 28' of new mahogany teak vinyl flooring so I went ahead and got it..

I also got my console and the side console I ordered. These will be fiberglassed together along with a elevated stand under them and a nice galley behind them

I'm wating on a few quotes on building custom fence rails, I need a custom set built to accept the layout I'm planning on doing... This boat will have a nice recliner fishing chair in all four corners, it will also have nice couches midship for relaxing.. Twin automatic Bimini tops to shade the entire boat and later on a half enclosure that's possibly air conditioned. It will have an electric sink and a stainless steel BBQ pit for cooking the catch. It should be a nice comfortable rig that will handle everything I throw at it... Best part of all, 300hp on this hull should give me 50mph!!!!

Killer! Can't wait to see what you have at the end.
I know a guy down here that may look at the aluminum fabrication if you are interested.

Sure, can he bend 1-1/4" square tubeing? I only need 4 bends everything else is just mig or tig the joints!

ermagerd, that is going to be awesome. We have a 25' pontoon and we enjoy it a lot, we only have a 140hp motor but it does us good.

Nice, nothing wrong with that! I would have loved a 140 on my last toon. Toons are defiantly the way to go. I use mine in the bay and gulf here at galveston, hopefully this boat will be able to keep us out all day with out being wore out at the end of the day!
