5-24 Acworth

Met Russ010 at Acworth about 6:30 this morning, and were in the water by about 6:40. Started fishing plastics, with one missed bite, and not much else. Moved into another hole, this time right in the wind, so I pulled out my trusty Daiwa DB minnow, and proceeded to catch this 13 inch fish.

Bit later I found my current entry into the tourney on a spinnerbait. Picture purposefully omitted.

On another section of shoreline, throwing the same spinnerbait, I hooked onto this funny looking bass. Oh, wait, that's a crappie.

Continued fishing until just after 4:00, catching just sunburn.

I think if you combined the time of the 3 rain storms, we totaled a minute and a half of rain. :roll:

The rain was about 3 miles south of the lake... I had to drive through it on the way home and couldn't see ANYTHING.

He outfished the crap outta me... one of these days I'll get back on top from the back seat...
