64 16' Cherokee V with walk thru windshield

I have been sneaking around here for a while. I want to gut this boat and modify it for crappie fishing. It is a very heavy boat and couldn't figure out why. After reading on here I have figured out why. The previous owner used the spray in foam that absorbs water. I will post pics of this vessel before I start. I want and will except any and all suggestions on this project. My main option I am looking to is to convert her to a forward center console boat. Nothing in stone but really looking forward to this project.
