Next up, unless someone can give me a good reason not to, I will be coating the floor with Flex Seal and then replacing the foam with the foam board. I am also thinking of putting 1/4 or 1/2 inch spacers under the foam board to allow for drainage and air flow to keep the new foam from soaking up the water.As always, thoughts and comments are welcome and appreciated.</blockquote>
