I've had a couple of questions for TimeUSB, and they emailed me back immediately and then actually picked up the phone and CALLED me. I was shocked and very pleased! My "problem" really wasn't one. The battery was new and the BMS was doing it's job to protect from overcharging. After a few cycles, the voltage stayed dead-even, with flawless performance. I can't remember many times a company tech called me on the phone to make sure my issue was solved and to make sure I was happy. That is great service, in my opinion.I suspect, with the quality of service and product, that TimeUSB is going to be one who will be around for awhile. You never know with ANY company, regardless of where they are based.
