Bought a 14' starcraft fixer uper!

Hello, i just got a 14' star craft deep v for 200 bucks, its ugly but the transom is in good shape along with the boat other than a couple tiny little dents, i was told it doesnt leak. It is painted camo and has a truck bed liner spray on on the bottom with what looks like gluvit has been used at one point. I want to paint it and reseal it if it leaks a bit. Anyone have any info on how to do so? I was thinking of using an aluminum paint stripper getting off what i can and sealing it with coat it or gluvit from the inside then using self etching primer and painting it. Eventually want to build in floors and what not. should be a fun project!

I found gel paint stripper and the pressure washer to work the best, but that's not going to do any good against that bed liner.
