Carrot stix

Anybody using the carrot stix for crappie. I don't target crappie but I may dp setup for next year. Anybody using the carrot stix . I use St Croix for bass rods I thought tge color would be easier to identify ...

I've also got a pro quilifier pq1000 I'd like to put on a new rod.

I had a buddy who had a bunch of carrot sticks, and he will not be buying them again. He had nothing but issues with his rods breaking.
