Are there any brands that does boat rivet and weld?

Impressive. But I have a question. Looks like the foam goes directly onto the inner side of the hull. How would one know if leaking rivets are soaking foam? I live in a freeze/thaw environment where over time this process keeps expanding and grows like a cancer.

Welds have their issues as well, have a few friends with welded hulls and the welds crack. You need to step up to a very thick, very expensive river runner type hull to get away from cracks or leaking rivets.
