:twisted: Fished Mary Elmer (NJ) this morning. Not much going on for a while. A few small bass on plastics. Then I hit my usual spots with a KVD series 5 sexy shad crank. Got a nice 2lber around some submerged wood. That was it for a long stretch. Wind finally picked up. Around 12:00PM I saw a few swirls near the feeder creek. Tossed a Manns 1- into the action and then bam!!! Caught three in a row including best of the day at two ounces over 3lbs. Worked back to the deeper areas near the spillway with the KVD crank. Nailed a bunch more(1-1/2lbs) for a total of eight bass on cranks.
