Doing a LOT of mods to my Jonboat

This is my 1986 (?) Arkansas Traveller. The motor (1981) quit for the last time so I found a nice used Yamaha, 1996, 4 stroke tiller steer. My last motor was remote steer, so I had to change EVERYTHING. Saw this site and decided to make some big mods. Hope this gets at least looked at. If you do, please make a comment.

A lot of my pics are more than 23mb, so I can't use them here. Will try to make this interesting.

Thanks for posting. It just wasn't worth it to me to have it fixed again. The stator was bad, and the power pack. the shop wanted $560 to put new parts in it. So I just went pick it up and got a better one. I changed the format of my pics so that some of them would fit into the 2mb limit, so I'll post some more. Thanks.

take your pic to paint and use the resize feature they have i think that should work
