Grab bar recommendations

Considering putting a grab bar on a G3 1860. Looking for one that will hold a cooler. Any recommendations? ...Or considerations with this type of modifications?

You mean a cooler rack with bars on each side to hold on to while sitting?
When I hear "grab bar" I am thinking of an aluminum bar that is fitted on a console.
