I just got a 14 gamefisher. I'm n Hawaii so I don't have much options when it comes to aluminum or even fiberglass boat. WAY OvEr priced here. So I got it for 450, and it's a beater. I got all the fiberglass, epoxes, and stuff idk off the boat... Lol. But someone tried to replace some rivets on hull and did a poor job. They put cabelas green stick on them inside and out, and I don't have the right kinda rivet gun for the hull revets/soild ones. Will paint stay on the green stuff???? I'm using psx paint with aluminum primer; if u even kno what kinda paint that is, it's expensive.

The paint should stick fine if you're using a primer.

Looking forward to seeing your Hawaiian Tin.

Thanks alot... Il get some pic soon. My iPhone won't let me put them on, or I just don't kno how. So got to wait till I get them on comp.

Few more questions: what kinda wood do y'all use for ur wood decks?

Untreated, exterior grade plywood. Then seal it yourself.

If you do any framing, same rule applies.... Untreated and treat yourself.

You don't want to use any pressure treated wood.
