It was hung up on something underwater and in the process of trying to get my $5 lure free, I somehow snapped it. First time I’ve broke a rod. This rod/reel (3000) has turned into my favorite bc of the medium light fast action rod. It’s perfect for what we do. At first it felt big, but now it’s perfect for the occasional Bull Red fight. Reel is smooth and has been flawless. So now I need a new rod. Want that same medium light fast action. Going to call Penn just to see if I can buy the same rod. I’m probably going to get another spinning combo too. 2500 for the next one.</p></blockquote><p></p>
