I just got a new boat it's a 16ft Jon boat with a 35 johnson. There are no seats or console set up for it was wonder what the cheapest way to set this up so I can start fishing. Has to have a steering wheel due to motor

Agreed, cheapest solution is to swap out for a tiller motor. The parts for the console and controls or to convert to a tiller will set you back a bit.

There are several guys who have made center councils that look great. Find some used remote controls and do it all yourself.
