Small engines have never been a problem using lithium type batteries for starting, the issues are charging that type.  Now...your big block high compression engine starter is a different story, to much big amp draw hit to the starter is not healthy for the battery.  They will get better as we learn more but for now, be cautious on how you use them and do not experiment, I have saw first hand what an improperly used lithium can do and it ain't pretty !!</p></blockquote><p></p>
