New output shaft cost about $150, and I bet on a 90 it would be a lot more. I have also bent them back with success using the same method you did. On a 90hp you will know pretty quick if it has any excessive vibration. If there is immediately stop use or you will damage your seals. If you haven't done so already, change your lower unit oil and I'd suggest a change within 4 or 5 outings with the boat. Be a shame to fix it only to torch the gears with a bad seal.</p></blockquote><p></p>
