Nav lights for under $10!

I wanted to make some nav lights that were portable and bright. The set you get at the Walmart seen to be cheaply made bulky and not bright. You get all that for $29.99. I wanted something better and cheaper. I don't do a lot of night fishing so this set up works great for me. I ran it by my coast guard friend and he said I shouldn't have any problem law wise. What I got was two led glow stick lights (2x $2.00), a little lantern ($5.00) and a 3/4 peice of Pvc I had. I used velcro on the bow lights and gorilla glue to attach the lantern to the pvc. Not to fancy but hey it works!!
