Need some advice to mod my 14' aluminum boat

I need someone to answer my questions for the support i will put underneath my flippin deck. Can you drill straight in to the boat? Also need some ideas on how to do framework for the deck with 2 storage compartments and a battery compartment. I know im asking a lot but im a newbie here and need some help. Thanks!
