I posted some pics I hope everyone can see em. I had to extend the tongue a few feet to be able to get the boat on all the way...I still have to adjust the rollers and maybe the bunks too so it'll sit right...then Im gonna start the tear down. The transom is rotten and I'm sure some floatation is soaked. I have a 60 hp merc I rebuilt that I'm gonna use once I get it back together. I'll take pics for u guys viewed the progress

Bee,

Welcome to the forum. You have the right idea to get your trailer done before you start on the boat. The tendency is to get the boat done, then rush out and go boating while using a trailer with bad springs, worn out bearing, etc. You're money and marble ahead to get the trailer done like you're planning, then starting the clean up.

Plus, if you need to take it anywhere to having welding, etc., done, your trailer is ready to go.

I've seen that same Tracker restored before. It'll be interesting to see where you go with it. In the meantime, read lots of restoration threads and get lots of free great ideas and insight.

Best Regards,
