New Project 16 foot Rebel

Picked this up on Craigslist. ID plates are unreadable. Boat has Rebel Decal. Anyone know who made it? It is in pretty good condition. Can't start work on it now as I have 11 kitchen cabinet doors to make for wife. Plus 2 other time consuming projects for her.

Where would one get a new ID plate made? If one had all the information and whatnot of course.

The numbers are stamped in aluminum for ID. Capacity and other info was it seems etched away by weather. Looks like they were painted on. Any trophy Shop has an engraving machine and can do it.
