on board charger and batteries

hey, i just bought an onboard charger. it is a two bank and i was wondering if i should have two of the exact same batteries to charge. right now i have two different types and i am wondering if they will charge different or drain one another. this might be a lame question but i appreciate the input. thanks.

What do you mean by two different types of battery?

I have both cranking and trolling hooked to mine with no problems.

im sorry, that was pretty vague huh. i mean if you dont have the exact same brand and model of battery will they drain each other or not charge right.

charging 2 different size batteries should be fine but if you hook the up on series or parallel it will give you trouble.
if one is for your trolling motor and the other is for your electronics ,;love well and starter your fine
