Paint bubbling around screws

These photos show bubbling around screws in the side of my 16 ft Duranautic.
Whats best course of action?

Looks to me like corrosion from non mating metals. Cad plated screws should not be used on aluminum boats. From the pics it appears to be galvanic corrosion from the screw head getting under the paint, eating at the aluminum. Remove that screw and replace it with a pure SS screw after removing all that corrosion and a proper prime and paint.
