Please welcome CitrusStick.com and Ben Miller(moreheadsaebass) as our newest advertiser.

I am looking forward to getting my hands on one of these rods to put it through the ringer. I like the color, I like the components, The rods look are very light and are made in America right here in Lebanon Tennessee.

Notes of interest.
- Prices are awesome for a hand made rod.
- The rods are super light!
- They are coming out with a College color line of rods, pretty cool for all you die hards.
- They have an excellent warranty for a small new shop.
- And my favorite, they have a Go Green program. What a concept. =D> Send in your old broken rod, and get 10% off a rod. You get a deal on the rod, and some kid will get your broken rod after CitrusStick refurbishes it. Simply Awesome if you ask me.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask here or PM moreheadsaebass. Ben is sponsored by CitrusStick and can answer any and all questions you might have.

Ben will introduce himself shortly, hopefully telling us about his College Tournament fishing, and give us a better description and take on these rods.

I will let you know what I think about these rods when I order mine, and If you order one, please do the same in return.

Thank you CitrusStick and Ben for supporting TinBoats.net!

Hello Everyone:

I am Ben Miller. I am just a simple 21 year old Kentucky boy. I go to Morehead State University, majoring in construction management, and I fish on the bass team. Fishing on the college level is very interesting. Tournaments are well ran and fun, but the pay-outs stink. This upcomeing year is going to be very busy with school work/fishing, work, and then all the other tournaments.

Citrus Stick rods are very well made. Jeff, and Bill (the owners) are great guys who will not let something that is an inferior product go out the door. They have been working on them for 5 years now and finally got them good enough to sell. They are very light, sensitive, well balanced, and the foam handles are very comfortable in your hands. They are made with Fuji Alconite Guides, pac bay split reel seat, and EVA split rear grip. And with the exception of the guides (no American company makes them) they are 100% made in America. As of now, 5 models are available -4 casting and 1 spinning; all longer than 7'. In the near future we will be coming out with a fiberglass craken stick. By the time fishing season comes around we hope to have all 19 models that we are planing to be ready to go for everyone.

The College Series is something that we are very excited about. You will be able to get any rod that we make in a college series. They are the same rod just painted in school colors. Here is some pictures of the college series rods.

Until I had been introduced to the Citrus Stick, I had hated a split and foam grip. I was skeptical until I held one. Ever since I first put one in my hands, I have loved them. To me they just feel right.

Nice stuff - what blanks do they use for the rods?

Wecome! The video on your webpage is pretty cool. Watching that weight bounce around on the ground was eye-opening.

Yea the cool thing is that was done with the 7' medium fast rod. Bill weighs just about 300lbs, and he was about to give up right before it brook. If you watch he almost had the 37lbs weight up off the gourd right before it brook.

:WELCOME: Aboard.. I like the recycle program and look forward to seeing the college line.

As a hobby level rod builder myself, I appreciate the attention to detail and uniqueness that goes into the rods these guys are making. From what I can see, they look great! Congrats.

My wife is from Lexington and of course a die hard UK fan... I showed her that rod pic and she about flipped! 8)
