Nothing like watching the NHL playoffs munching on slow cooked bacon wrapped pork butt!
Step 1, Prepare the pork butt by cutting it into fairly equal pieces.
Step 2, rub the butt pieces in my secret combo of spices. Not just off the shelf Weber, but a few secret additions you can't see in the picture
Step 3, wrap each piece in bacon and then put in the spoiler in slow for 8 hours.
Step 4, after the 8 hours, shred all the pork and drop on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Step 5, throw in the oven and broil for 4-5 minutes to crisp it a little.
Step 6, enjoy as you see fit!
I'm a simple man, a few chopped raw onions and some Weber BBQ sauce. Yummy!
