This is the seasoning I use for almost everything my family calls it Candied Salt. Candied Salt All-purpose Seasoning: Mix 1 part black pepper 2 parts cayenne pepper 4 parts salt And this is the cabbage salad and homemade chicken nuggets I had for dinner. Cabbage Salad: 2 cups Sliced cabbage(or 1 package) 1 tps Sugar Juice of 1 lime 2 Tbls oil Candied salt to taste Mix lime, oil, sugar and candied salt toghether add them to cabbage and enjoy. Chicken Nuggets: 1lb chicken tenders or boneless breast 2 cups flour(for crispier nuggets use part cornstarch) 2 Tbls milk 1 egg Candied salt oil for frying cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and season with candied salt set aside. Lightly season flour with candied salt(chicken is already seasoned so this is only to the season flour). Beat egg and milk toghether. Coat chicken in flour then egg wash then flour once more. fry at 350 degrees until golden.
