Hi folks, me again. My brain cannot figure this out. I’m trying to put some raised flooring in the bow of my V to help with more secure footing. Because it tapers toward the front, I can’t figure out how to cut my board to make it fit and be somewhat level. See pic for idea of what I want. Any suggestions will be appreciated

Get yourself a piece of stiff cardboard longer and wider than the area you want to put your deck. Draw a center line on the boat and draw a line on each side where you desire the deck to touch the hull. Draw a center line on your card board . Now measure from the center line in the boat to the line on the side of the boat, do that every 6 inches or so then transfer the measurements to your cardboard. Do that for each side. Now draw a line from mark to mark on your cardboard and cut it out. fit it and trim to fit. Then trace on your flooring material of choice.

Hope you understand that. Best I can do to explain it.
