Have replaced some parts and finally took it out for a spin this week. I found the foot pedal tobe very difficult to operate, stiff, unresponsiv and when it did move the changes were big not subtle.  Removed it from the deck and now am wondering about replacing it with a remote controlled model or I have just seen a remote controlled transom model. Any suggestions? Btw  am on a limited budget so will likely be a haswing which I have on another boat as well.</p></blockquote><p></p>
