Trying to ID a boat

[VC-Racing]

Anyone ever seen one of these . Its an aluminum sneak boat. Its supposed to be a Stealth II by River works, however I can't find any info about them to see if they are still available.

I know someone has seen one of these around.... Help me find one or find a builder that can build me a hull, I can rig it myself .....
