Got the boat a few days ago, i picked it up for 450$ its a 2011. Unfortunately it has scratches but im not worried about that i will prob paint it anyways.

Mods i done:
installed pedestal base
installed bass pro shops rod holder

Mods I PLan On Doing:
Custom Dolley that hooks into oarlocks for single person transport.
Lightweight floor for the middle, still not sure of the best way or materials.

-Drilled out the center for the base with a doorknob hole cutter
-Then lightly hammed down the edges to a taper, (the base has a tapered bottom where its welded)
-Then drilled out the foam with a wood drill bit.
-Lined everything up how i wanted it marked the hole and used a punch for the starting dimple so the drill bit wouldn't walk.
-Made sure to use a smaller drill bit so the rivnuts would fit very tight and hammered them in.
-Use the tool to rivet them into the boat permanently.
