Using on-board charger with boat covered. Any issues?

Hi. I have bought a new boat (to me - Smokercraft Promag 161) - it comes with a 2 bank onboard charger and one deep cycle and one starting battery. Have to store it outside and covered. Any issues with using/leaving the charger on in that situation? Do I need to worry about ventilation etc? Thanks!!

keep the hatches to the battery compartment open under the cover and you should be fine
