well i was thinking about only having the casting deck in the front and come back to the next bench. and not do the whole thing. would that work? and build a storage unit in the back going from the last seat to the end which is about 16inches of open room i want to cover. would that idea work?

What is the weight capacity of your boat? Is there a plate somewhere on it?

the weight capacity is 455 max and that it says for everything

the rear deck would work for storage only, you can see how i did mine is my link below. as for the front i just don't think you're going to want to stand that high, especially setting hooks and a fishing partner shifting his weight around in the back. like someone else said, you will spend all your time trying to keep your balance and will not be able to enjoy yourself. and eventually you will end up in the drink.

Sounds like you really want one.
Not sure how big you are and we know your pretty young.
If you build a deck, don't make it to permanent at first.
Better yet, just take the boat out as is and stand in the floor and try a day of fishing. If you find that a little tippy,it's only going to get worse(alot), with a deck, not to mention with another person.
Try it out(wear a life jacket)be close to shore,maybe and it's a big maybe,you might like it.
Good luck.
