Why no sticky threads here?

I was just curious why there aren't some sticky threads in this sub-forum for things like choosing correct wire gauge, fuse selection, etc? I bring it up because I will soon be wiring a brand new boat and assumed there would be some here. It's no big deal for me personally to use the search feature and do my own research but we may want to consider creating some stickies here in the future. JMO.
