Correct Carb Settings for Cruise n Carry 2.7 HP Outboard?

So I've been tearing apart this motor that I got for free, trying to get it to run. Ive had brief success getting it fired up on starting fluid, but nothing consistent. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with these motors, I really need a brain to pick? More so I was wondering if anyone knew the correct idle screw and pin settings for this particular carburetor? Heres some pics of the motor and carb: Also threw in a pic of the before and after cleaning the cylinder and piston, this thing was GROSS! Now every moving part is cleaned and lubed, I just need to know how to set the carb up right :?:

Well, the most common starting point for carburetors is at 1 1/2 turns from a lightly closed position on the low speed jet. On the high speed pin position I would start in the middle and see if it is rich or lean and go from there.

Don't use starting fluid with 2 stroke motors. Fill a small spray bottle with the proper fuel oil mix and spray that into the carb.
