This type of thing is why I eventually bought my own land to hunt on. It's only 60 acres but I have fishing and hunting without worry over someone screwing with me.

I finally got the boat out yesterday and the trailer with the larger wheels worked great. No rubbing that I can find.

Work kind of kept me busy and then a couple of vacations. I finally got the boat out on the water yesterday and it's so much nicer than that plastic SunDolphin I was using! I am going to enjoy fishing out of this boat! Everything worked as it should, with the exception of a minor motor issue...

Correct, and thanks for clarifying. I called an ex employee today who is a game warden and she said she had never heard of a game warden checking that.

Thanks for the reply. The question I was asking is whether not having that sticker/plate could result in a ticket from a game warden.

The boat I bought used is an Alweld 1542. It's a 1996 model. It has a "Coastguard approved" sticker but there is no sticker for maximum horsepower rating, occupancy, or weight limits. I thought about contacting Alweld but there is no way to contact them through their website and their Facebook...

I added the Railblaza tracks to both sides of the boat. I did use stainless tapping screws and I'm aware the stainless will eventually interact with the aluminum. I may add some aluminum rivets eventually, but for now it's quite tight and works well.
