I don't know anything about it, other than it's on private land. There are a few areas where the state sold private lots to people years ago. River access only, no roads to them. There's a pretty good winter trail that allows for hauling building supplies with snowmobiles and such.
Yes we are in the 'round the clock daylight time of year. The sun makes a circle around the sky and dips below the horizon for a few hours in the night, but the light doesn't go away completely.

Sometimes she can look good in winter too.
If I had to guess, that's about 0930 on Dec 21st.
That's a fair guess but the data attached to the pic says January 17th at 3:55 pm.
