You might try the boat out in a variety of waters/circumstances before you commit to extensive modifications.
It looks like a nice rig, but eventually most folks seem to find the smaller jons just a little bit small for their extensive use. Love the outriggers.

Do you want your camo cowl to shine and reflect light? Most leaves/trees and grasses don't reflect light, but rather absorb it.
Small thing, but worth noting.
