You might want to re consider the flex seal....long term reports are not that good. More of a quick temporary fix. Many better products out there.

My 5' long side guides keep the boat centered no matter what mother nature throws at you. Bottom support is critical but a good set of ide guides will make loading in harsh conditions so much easier, especially if loading solo.

I would seriously consider coating the inside with gluvit or other sealer before adding any interior. Tighten your rivets first, the coat the hull inside and you won't leak for sure.

Riveted or welded aluminum hulls have been an argument for decades. If you have a good aluminium welder in your area, I would weld, but, you could fab a strap to cover the crack and rivet it in place, that would work as well.

I use a HF chain fall in my garage. Wrapped a chain around one if my re enforced trusses and just leave it hang there for whenever I need it. I installed a hook off to one side to hang the excess chain. Pull out one car and use that bay for lifting work.
