Wow, hard to believe you got that done so quickly. How did you use that much carpet glue? I don't think I even used a 1/2 gallon across my entire boat. Either way, that thing is looking good. The blue carpet is sweet, almost looks like velvet.

I used flathead, stainless steel, self tapping screws. The screws drew right in through the carpet and into the wood and for the most part you can't even tell where they are. I couldn't be happier with it.

Seems like pretty thin stuff to me. I used 1/8" thick stuff for all of my build. I wouldn't have wanted anything thinner.
