what thickness for floor .63 or.8 ok. smaller guy around 135lbs...1/8 on tubing also???

have been lurking around want to stat on my jon, a lot of nice boats on here....so anyways about ready to buy material i am just wondering what size aluminum i be using to frame? also tube or angle? thanks and i appreciate all the help
