I have a Yamaha F25. Trying to replace impeller, have all the bolts removed and it will not come out. It has loosened a little, about 1/4". Any advise?
Anchor, lots of extra rope, pfd's, rain gear/extra clothes, thirsty mate, water, fire extinguisher, couple fenders, first aid kit, extra drain plug, tool kit, Tackle/rods(trip specific).

Thanks! I had a ton of fun working on and obsessing about my boat all winter long. Splash pan wasn't that hard to install, trickiest part was installing the drain tubes(didn't have the flair tool so I used some clamps and a ball peen hammer to do it). If I had to make another one I wouldn't use...
I have been out fishing in the boat several times and it much better than I had imagined. Love it! More room, comfortable, rides great, quieter since I am away from the motor, and new configuration keeps the dog where I want him. Did a couple more little things in the last week or so. Ordered...
I have a 96' Laker and I had my front deck exactly how you describe for years. I worked just fine. I have rebuilt the boat and changed it but if you check out my thread you can see the old deck during the tear down.
Gluvit works great but should be applied to the inside. 5200 is a caulk, not something to coat the entire boat with. Great for individual rivets and to seal bolts and thru hull connections.
