That LTD 1000 looks awesome Mike! I recall when those were the hottest bike out there. Many of them ended up with Vetter fairings and bags. They made a great touring platform as well as a very nimble hot rod.

Dehydrated onions are a bit pricey. So one year we decided to do a 10LB bag. We learned that one should never do that inside of the house [-X . Came home from work and it smelled like BO. Took weeks to rid the house of that ! But we had dry onion for a long time....

White Oak is also a good wood to use boat wise. It's what many of the big sailing ships were made of. Wine and whiskey barrels are made of it.

17 cubic feet of cargo space. Not as large as some, but plenty large. The Aluma trailers are on the lower side price wise. Some of the glass trailers get ridicules price wise. The carbon fiber ones are way out there.
