    ok Harley listen up- you had the controls --in gear or out of gear-- you had the lower end [foot] out of gear or in gear-- the two parts were out of time to eachother-- drop your foot - put controls in nuteral-- move shifter rod on foot into neutral-- now bolt the two back togeather --...

    do you have power tilt and trim- the anti cav plate should - be even or 1.5 to 2 inches above the keel line - trim in to keep bow down - when at full throttle the anticav plate should just be out of the water- you dont want it draging .

    sitting in the sun they do puff up. i drilled a 1/8 hole in the top - seemes to be enough to relive the pressure - and it vents when the motor is running - 5o horse Honda--

    put jumpers on streight to starter and ground on block-- bypass solenoid - see if it turns over - if yes its the solenoid is bad - if no its the starter locked up

    in last pic - right under the choke - that looks like a honda gas line connector - is that where your gas line connects- if so -look at honda gas line parts--

    why not ??- remember - the old man and the sea was in a row boat and caught a sail fish -- we have guys here that fish the ocean off seadoos -- its the little snots in the intracoastle tha pizzes me the most -- just about the time the reds bite here they come churning up the water

    i just reread you first post - only a 15 horse motor - thats a lot of weight for that small a motor to push to plane - i have a 16 lowe with a 50 horse Honda - it gets on top right now -

    get it up on plane then trim the boat level- trim in is bow down -- trim out is bow up- - trim in untill it starts to porpus -- then trim out just a little -- make it run flat- but you need to get up on top of the water first- as you start out the bow will rise - give it more gas lots of gas...

    you also need to throw that plug gapper away- 7/16s- thats im possible - 7/16s is almost half an inch--
