Wire 24v trolling motor AND 12v Power Pole on 2 batteries

I recently bought a Micro Power Pole that is 12 v. And currently am running a 24 volt Trolling Motor on 2 batteries. When I hooked up the Power Pole, I keep blowing fuses. Does anyone have a diagram on how to wire the 2 batteries in a series so I can run both the 24v trolling motor and the...
