I recently bought a Micro Power Pole that is 12 v. And currently am running a 24 volt Trolling Motor on 2 batteries. When I hooked up the Power Pole, I keep blowing fuses. Does anyone have a diagram on how to wire the 2 batteries in a series so I can run both the 24v trolling motor and the 12v Power Pole (accessery breaker box) at the same time? I have a seperate breaker for the trolling motor and that is working fine, but I keep blowing the fuse in by breaker box for the 12 volt Power Pole :( Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

If power consumption [watts] are the same you are pulling 2X the amps at 12 volt that you were at 24 volts.

That's why you're blowing fuses. Your wire size may need to increase also.

Except for not showing breakers/fuses your picture looks like it should work.
Whats the 12v breaker box? Right size breaker/fuse...wire?
Did you try the power pole seperate, not connected to the anything?

How much current (amps) or power (watts) does the power pole draw per the paperwork that came with it? It's got to be quite a lot - I suspect you're trying to use it on a fuse box intended for small accessories (horn, lights, radio etc.) and not for a high-current drawing application like the hydraulic pump on the power pole. If you're wired according to your diagram you should see 12v if you measure it at the power pole. If it's not overdrawn then you've got a dead short somewhere.
